Thomas Weber is the founder and president of Northern Security Capital Corp. with over 30+ years’ experience in real estate financing working with all types of loans: Jumbo & super Jumbo mortgages, mortgages for self-employed borrowers, FHA loans, and mortgages for investors and businesses.

Tom is also a seasoned real estate investor and developer who brings his borrowers not only his years of mortgage experience, but his personal mortgage financing expertise as well.

Tom also has had a lifelong presence in Staten Island and Brooklyn. He was raised in Staten Island, is a graduate of Wagner College and his business is based here. He is also an adjunct professor at St. John’s University School of Sport Management, teaching numerous classes on both the Staten Island and Queens campuses.
